Serves 4

Cilantro rice mixture

Ingredients:

1 cup basmati or rice of your choice

1 tablespoon or butter

2 cups water

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the fresh cilantro in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
