You don’t need an espresso martini, you need to go home. Or, you could just make one at home. This recipe is not only easy, but packs a punch and tastes like dessert. It’s perfect for a night cap, after dinner drink, or just a cocktail after work. I made a huge batch of these espresso martinis at a New Years Eve pre-party I threw at my house once and it ended up being quite the night. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend this cocktail for nearly any occasion.
Serves 1 but easily doubled, tripled, or batched!
Tools:
You will need a cocktail shaker and espresso. I have a Presso manual espresso maker which is really cool, but, you could also use coffee in a pinch. I won’t tell. After all, coffee and espresso are the same thing, just made a different way.
Ingredients:
3 counts vodka
2 counts Kahlua or coffee liquor
2 counts Bailey’s or Irish Cream Liquor
3 counts espresso
1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktails shaker and pour into a chilled martini glass. Know that you have made great life choice by making this espresso martini.
