My everything salmon with cream cheese caper sauce is breakfast for dinner turned on its head. It’s a play on lox and bagels where smoked salmon tops an everything bagel with cream cheese, briny capers, and crispy red onions. But for my everything salmon, I am roasting the salmon with a spicy, everything bagel seasoning crust and cutting those spices with a creamy and cheesy sauce.
I paired my everything salmon with some smashed potatoes and simply roasted asparagus for simple, yet delicious meal that is perfect for a weeknight. And the best part is that the cream cheese caper sauce ties the whole dish together. It’s good on the potatoes and really takes the asparagus up a notch.
So next time you are looking to upgrade your boring, same ole salmon, give my everything salmon a try. You won’t regret it!
