I love salad almost as much as I love pasta and this French bistro salad is no exception. It’s simple and delicious and pairs well with almost anything. I made this alongside a seared tuna pan bagnat and it was the perfect combo. It made for a healthy weeknight meal that I will definitely make again and again.
And it really doesn’t get any easier than this French bistro salad. There are only a few ingredients and even the dressing is simple to make, but better than the bottled versions from the store. The quick homemade dressing gives it a super fresh flavor, so don’t skip on this. Plus, I promise that it is super easy to make and all you need is a little jar. Bon appetit!
