This strawberry banana smoothie is the perfect smoothie for breakfast. It’s quick, easy, and healthy to get your day started right. And, I am willing to bet that you have most (if not all) of the ingredients just waiting to be used right now!
Feel free to to take creative liberty with this and add your own supplements and potions. You could add protein powders, fiber, collagen, whatever that thing is that you like to put in your smoothies will work. But I like to keep mine au natural with just fruit and a little yogurt.

Well obviously a blender
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana (I always freeze mind when they start to go bad!)
4 – 5 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Instructions:
- Ok, you ready? Add all of those ingredients to a blender and press the button. Let it blend until smooth and you are done with breakfast.
