Introducing the best date night salmon recipe that’s fit for even an anniversary; my salmon with Garlic Champagne Cream Sauce. This dish is decadent and delicious, but not too heavy. It pairs paprika spiced salmon, with a creamy and garlicy sauce that is meant to be devoured over the salmon. Add some mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach or roasted asparagus and you got yourself a meal fit for a romantic rendezvous.
The cream sauce is made with a combination of butter, roasted and fresh garlic, reduced champagne, cream, and finished with dill to add more depth and a little greenery. It’s tasty and sure to impress your date, but is pretty simple to whip up. But don’t worry, we can keep that secret between us.

Suggested Wine Pairing:
More Champagne of course! But you really can’t go wrong with rose either.

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
